At Sun Hill Group, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. Due to the nature of real estate services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the booking/application agreement signed by the customer.

Any request for cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility, deductions, and processing timelines will be governed by the specific project terms, payment plan, and applicable laws. Administrative charges, taxes, and other applicable fees may be deducted as per the agreement.

Sun Hill Group reserves the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers are advised to carefully review all documents, payment schedules, and policies before making any booking or payment.
